Why vegetarians do it better
Hey healthy veggie,
I hope you’ve had an awesome week.
Do you miss meat? For the most part, I don’t. And if I ever do, I remind myself of why I don’t eat it in the first place.
With that being said, I do occasionally miss the meals at certain times of year. At Christmas it used to be Roast Turkey but with Wellington and Nut Roast, that’s no longer an issue.
I also used to love pâte, but I stopped eating it when I realised how it’s actually made (before I was vegetarian).
However, vegan pâte is made in very nice way indeed, and it’s proof that with a bit of creativity you can get any meal right as a vegetarian (or vegan).
It took a lot of trial and error, but here’s the recipe. Super tasty! If you haven’t tried it yet, you can definitely rely on it for a Thanksgiving or Christmas recipe 🎅🏽 😎
Keep It Short
Speaking of Christmas, I’ve shared a few recipes recently to make Christmas easier. I made some of them into a video, and kept #5 as a surprise. It’ll certainly help to make things smoother 😉
If you watch the video and like it, I’d love you to leave even a short comment as it’ll help more vegetarians find the video! Thank you 😘
And if you’re a runner:
Be part of the 2024 RunDot Project.
This is an annual research initiative that helps runners reach their true performance potential. Qualified participants also get 2 free months of run training. Are you a good fit?
Have an awesome weekend you guys, rock on 🤘🏽
