The same for breakfast, lunch and dinner... every day!

Hey healthy veggie,

I hope you’ve had an awesome weekend so far!

I said I’d try and get an email out from the hospital–so here I am!

All is good though I’m currently on day six of food directly through my nose. I’m not exactly hungry but every food smells SO GOOD!

I can’t wait to eat again (it’s truly amazing the things you take for granted) and I’ve put together a list of recipes I’m really looking forward to making when I get home.

My breakfast, lunch and dinner for six days now…

The twist on today’s recipes is that they are very easy to eat - e.g soft or liquidy, as that’s how it’s going to be for a while.

But I know how good they all are, and some I haven’t had for ages so it’s been quite cathartic for me to make this list!

I can’t wait to make these next week, and I hope you give some of them a go, too!
