The best vegetarian food pairings ever

Hey healthy veggie,
I hope you’ve had an awesome week so far!
First of all, thanks for all the kind wishes for my upcoming operation. I haven’t replied to everyone who wrote or commented yet, but your messages meant a lot, so thank you :)
We hit the beach for the first time this year–but don’t let the photo fool you–it was absolutely freezing! North German beaches in March are still decidedly cold. We didn’t stay long 😅 🥶

Next, something I realised I do without actually noticing I do it… pair the best food combinations together.
It’s something that’s actually incredibly important for cooking (vegetarian or otherwise), and after a while it’s something that comes naturally when putting together both simple and complex meals.
So I put together this list of all the best food and flavour combos I could think of.
It includes classics like tomato and basil (which even grow better side by side!) to lesser knowns like pumpkin and sage or peach and thyme.
Whether you’re a seasoned pro or just starting out, basing meals around one of the flavour combos will get you going on the right track!
Knowing just a few of these will make you a better cook right away.
