Hey healthy veggie,
I hope you’re having an awesome week so far.
I recently got chatting to one of the dads at my son’s football tournament - and it turns out he has a small farm where he makes his own olive oil.
He didn’t have any little bottles, so I got five litres of the stuff 😅

And I have to say, it’s fantastic. It’s very smooth, but with a little taste burst at the end.
For the last week I’ve been making recipes for dinner or lunch that use oil (but as part of the recipe, not for cooking in).
