Results of the 8 week challenge

Hey there healthy veggie!

I hope you’ve had an awesome weekend so far.

Since I turned veggie ten years ago (after failing the first time - podcast on that here), I’ve become quite obsessed with vegetarian food - and how to make it generally better for us (but still taste awesome).

As you may also know, we’ve been running a 60-day healthy eating challenge (currently closed) which is nearing its end.

The goal was to lose 4kgs (8.8lbs) over eight weeks. We also offered to pay $20 to charity on behalf of anyone who reached their goals.

It’s had its up and downs, but overall has gone really well, and we’ve been seeing some great success stories (I’m proud of you guys!).

I’ve also been taking part, as I’m currently training to walk/hike up and around Mont Blanc and the Alps - and a few kilos lighter won’t hurt at all. Also pretty sure I don’t need my love handles for that either 😉

Below you’ll find some of the stages we’ve gone through. And there are also some tips for dealing with cravings like this member had (sugar cravings are definitely a real and unpleasant thing!).
