It's official - you can start the songs
Hey healthy veggie,
I hope you’ve had an awesome week so far.
Now that I’ve seen the first couple of Christmas trees, I think it’s officially time to start eating seasonal food.
Just kidding, I’ve been eating it for ages already! 🤗
Obviously I think and talk about food a lot of the time (it is a part of the job description after all), but food can also be the cause of stress for many reasons.
Christmas can also bring its own stress factors (work deadlines, family and social pressure etc etc) so the last thing we need is extra on top of that.
Keep It Short
To that end, I’m compiling my fave recipes for the Christmas (and cold) season that have REALLY short prepping times. Generally that means just 5-10 mins to make something, then off into the oven.
Today - desserts! These two use simple apples and pears, and the kids love helping out with these, too.
