Is it time to rethink your relationship with food?

Hey healthy veggie,

I hope you’re having an awesome week so far.

It’s not often that my jaw drops when I listen to a conversation, but that’s exactly what happened this week.

I’ve known for a long time what an important role mental health plays when it comes to food, but I’ve never been able to express it quite as well as Dr. Tovar does in her talk with James.

I’ll be honest, I was kind of expecting a lot of clever talk and nothing actionable to take away, but that couldn’t be further than the truth.

By the end of the conversation I had re-examined my relationship with food and decided to pay far more attention to it (and my personal history with it) as I eat.

Dr. Tovar has helped clients navigate through trauma, eating disorders, depression, anxiety, and grief.
