How to remove stress from the kitchen

Hey there healthy veggie!

I hope you’re having an awesome week so far.

Now, if there’s one thing I’ve learned over the years of taking back control of my food life, it’s to remove stress from the kitchen.

And as Amazon is running it’s Prime Days right now (16+17 July), and there are some real bargains to be had that can help out in the kitchen.

If we have no plan of what to cook, then we almost always default to the easiest, which is usually far from what we’d love to be eating in an ideal world!

Make sure you’ve got the right stuff to cook with and it all becomes 10x easier.

Below is a list of what we consider to be kitchen essentials, along with some example recipes you can use.

Kitchen Essential Equipment

The best lasagne I’ve ever eaten naturally requires a bit of chopping. And a good chef’s knife makes it so much easier!

I personally use ZWILLING knives, and Hauke does, too.

One of my all time fave brekkies are overnight oats - so many different flavour combos are possible, and you only need a couple of mins to prep them.

It’s literally grab and go in the mornings!

I know James, our Nutritionist, and his family swear by them as well.

I normally use old jam jars for mine, but if you want something a bit more flash there are loads available.
