How to craft incredible vegetarian recipes

Hey there healthy veggie!

This week we had the pleasure to talk to Sarah at Live Eat Learn - she’s a food scientist and nutritionist, and has created over 1000 vegetarian recipes (that’s even more than us!!).

Sarah and James chat all things vegetarian food, and they had some great insights in to:

  • How to recreate fave takeout recipes

  • Easing in to the vegetarian diet one week at a time

  • Some great veggie for meat swaps

  • And how eating more protein made her feel more energetic (I couldn’t agree more!)
