Best Summer Recipes Part 1

I hope you’ve have had an awesome week so far.
And I hope you’re getting this email - we’ve had a few problems again recently!

Now on to this week’s recipes - my faves for summer!
On my recent trip down to France for the mountains, I took two meals with me
Tangy Veggie Wraps
The first was our tangy veggie picnic wraps. I took 6 (it was a 12 hour train journey after all!).
This is also the recipe that converted a hardcore meat-eating friend to eating a lot more veggie stuff.
We were on our way to an Iron Maiden 🤘🏼 concert, and he was hungry. I offered him a wrap and he laughed that there was no meat in it, so he wouldn’t enjoy it.
He ended up loving it so much that he now eats veggie stuff far more regularly and still sends me proud photos of the stuff he makes.
I hope you enjoy them as much as I did! But feel free not to make six of them 😉
Overnight Oats
The next thing I took was overnight oats in an old honey jar, which I recycled at a train station (they’re all over the place in Germany. Recycling bins that is. Not train stations. Oh. Both actually).
It was delicious - and I’ve gotta have my protein powder after all!
I definitely recommend you give them a shot - and you can change the ingredients to your liking!
