This week I had the privilege to listen to a conversation between Cindy Newland, and our Nutritionist, James.

Cindy lost 125lbs - and kept it off - but her story is no simple one. She’s kept the weight off for more than ten years - and even written a book about it!

The story is frank and inspiring to say the least, and Cindy is full of wisdom.

She explains why some things may work at certain times of life, but not at others - and how to adapt to that.

It really struck a chord with me as we’ve just moved to a new town and our way of life has completely changed, at least in the short-term.

Cindy is now vegan - so what better reason to share some of our favourite summer vegan recipes.

These are currently the three most popular plant-based recipes on the entire site.
